Personality // Nicolai is a very passionate person. Whether it is for his dance, for his instruments, or if it is for his lover, he tends to get consumed by a fiery emotion. With this he can tell if a girl really wants to be passionate with him or not – he won’t turn a girl that just wants a friend ship, and he won’t turn one down that just wants sex, Nicolai just will only date a girl that he knows likes him and wants to be with him. He will be a girls friend, and a sex buddy – but if he has that girl that he cares about then you better realize that he is smarter than to cheat on them.
Not just passion, but talent also makes Nicolai who he is. His biggest talent has to be his dancing, he’s danced since he could literally walk, and he’s had some of the top ballet teachers in the world hone his technique into what it is today. Not only is he a fantastic ballet dance, but he has taken, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, all types of ballroom and Folk dances. Though his singing ability isn’t high – it was good enough to land him the dance choreographer’s assistant his freshman year and now has kept his abilities up enough that he is now the choreographer. But his cello playing skills surmount all others his age, and he uses that to his advantage. Nicolai also plays chess – and isn’t bad either.
Loyalty also means a lot to Nicolai – coming from a home where family and alliance meant so much – it’s hard not to leave with a feeling of strength with the friends that he is close too. He will protect with his life if he needs to, and if loyalty means spying on other glee groups then he will do it. But with his loyalty also comes his protective nature – which is not usually bad.
The only thing really harmful with Nicolai is the fact that he has a very small patience and aggression usually shows it’s head. In the town he was born in, if you didn’t get what you needed when you wanted it, you had it given to you hard. Obedience was scary, and so was a job – but with living styles, he’s grown accustom to the aggression and doesn’t almost even know when he’s doing it.
Nicolai has Russian blood in him – and it seems to keep him fine when drinking. Though he can down a whole bottle of vodka and still drive, he doesn’t really enjoy dinking. He drinks with his friends and parties, but they really aren’t extremely enjoyable, he just does it for the popularity.

Physical // l
It would be easy for Nicolai to describe himself as a Russian, but because Russia is such a big country, making such a generalization is hard. He has a built body. Neither buff, nor slim, he has a swimmers and dancer’s body. Full of muscle that most men don’t even know they own. Not alarmed by his height, he is barely five foot eleven inches, keeping him taller than girls in heels and short enough not to look like an oaf while he is dancing. He has short curly brown hair that is slightly messy at all times, but always super soft. His eyes are normally a soft light brown – but they turn nearly black as he gets angry. Some say that he needs to keep a bit of facial hair, to keep that ‘five ‘o clock’ shadow thing going, but usually it is kept clean. He normally wears button up shirts and polo’s as they are easy for him, and he is a shade or two darker than fair – but when he gets in the sun, he gets dark.
History //
As soon as Nicolai was born a glazcov, specific things were drilled into him. One – Russia was the mother country, and he was to treat it as such. Two – anything said back to his father earned him a backhand to the face, and in front of the family. Three – he was to marry a Russian woman, to carry on the family legacy. Four – fight or die. In that small town in Siberia, Nicolai learned many things that he didn’t quite see wrong until later in his life, but he followed them anyways. His mother was the one who saw the talent in him, the dancing skill that she had before she had to give it up to obtain children for her husband. It took two years of pleading before she had convinced him to let her put him in ballet, and that was what started the dancing flame inside him. One of his father’s rules was with dance, he was required to make all perfect marks in school and have an instrument that he had to learn. Nicolai didn’t mind, and seeing that he loved classical music that he danced to in ballet he chose the cello – as his other brother before him had taken up the violin.
Beatings were bad in his house. They didn’t happen every day but when they did they were gruesome. Points to where he would beat nicolai’s little sister and mother for something they didn’t even do. The kids were on their best behavior, most of the time.
The first – overly traumatic thing that had happened to him was when he was nearly ten years old, his sister only seven. Antien had enraged their father to the point in where he was getting beat – and this time it wasn’t just with his fists, it was with the metal broom that his mother had gotten for a Christmas gift. They watched for an hour, where their father beat him, continuously until he stopped moving. Ivan was in a state of such rage that Vivian had to scream to him that he had just killed their first born. Most father’s would be upset – most father’s would care, but Ivan looked up from the body and said to each person in the room, “if a word is ever spoken about this, it will happen to you.” And proceeded to make his wife and children clean up the mess.
Cleaning up his own brother’s blood on the floor always brought tears to his eyes, and to this day is still terrified to ever bring it up. Nearly a week after the incident, the officers started sticking their noses where it didn’t need to go – and that is when they packed their bags in the night, flew to the us, and quickly changed their last name to Rosmonacov, to keep the police away from their trail. That is when the happy façade of a family came in,but the beatings never stopped, never.
Since then, he has honed his dance and cello skills, was completely taken in to the Vocal adrenalin team, and has given movment to just about every single number in his junior year. But he is still haunted by his brother, and how he was killed, thinking that maybe he would turn into that guy someday.
