001. All Sales are final - so please make sure that you know exactly what you want before you buy it.
002. Graphics that are made for you will be replaced if you dislike them once. Make sure that you are very detailed in what you wish, because if you aren't, you cannot get angry at the person making the graphic.
003. Buying canons and OCs will require you to make a application and also be accepted. Please do not get angry if you buy a character and your application is not up to par. Just redo the app until the character is accepted.
004. The admins do have the power to remove things from the shop, depending on characters in the schools. This can affect whether or not you can take another character from that school.
005. You are more likely to get everything you want and need in a timely manner if you are kind and considerate. The last thing that you want is to upset the person you are having make you something.
006. All purchaces will be made within a week. Do not worry if your songs are not taken out of your account right away, or if your graphic isn't made. It will get done.
007. We ask that if you are going to use a graphic, we don't mind you taking it to another site, but for the siggies then you just put a small disclaimer in the siggy, and for a template that the credit stays on.
008. If you are going to make a purchace, please do not post in the shop thread, please make a new thread with what you want in the title, and description of what you want inside.
